ANTHONY SIMONE INTERVIEW

What do you do here at Universal Autosports?
I am the Service Manager. My duties include scheduling services, and making sure that customers are taken care of from the time they need service until the time of completion, always exceeding their levels of expectations.
Before coming to Universal Autosports, where did you previously work and for how long?
For the past year, I was under the employ of a Ford / Subaru dealership. Prior to that, I was at Ferrari of Long Island, performing the same duties I perform today.
What is the driving force behind your dedicated and unparalleled commitment to customer service?
The driving force is seeing the customers’ gratitude of unparalleled attention given to them no matter how small or large their issue is. Their pride and joy is my pride and joy, and it’s our mission to give them our undivided attention. It’s easy for me because I enjoy it. I love to make people happy, I love that look on their face when they get more than they expected.
What do you love most about being here at Universal Autosports?
As a group, we’re all focused on taking care of each and every customer, along with their vehicle. And to see how comfortable it is to deal with each and every customer like they’re family – because they are family.
Can you tell us a little bit about Rofreddo Gaetani and who he was to you?
Unfortunately, I only knew Roffredo for a short period of time. But in that time, I got to see how much of a caring, sincere, giving and honest person he truly was. A couple of things that I remember about Roffredo: 1. Ultimately, he took care of the customer first and foremost. Every customer was our only customer in his eyes, and they were treated accordingly; 2. Any performance vehicle needs to be driven with passion! He was a good man, and is missed dearly by all who knew him.
